Our Design Team
A driving element in our journey of innovation and inspirational new designs, is our experienced international in-house design team and special collaborations with external design specialists for various projects.
Our designers work across our Global facilities, with the two primary Design Hubs being our Nordic Home & Creative Space in Copenhagen, and our main office in Vietnam.
In collaboration with ScanCom's partners and customers, they create the future and set the bar for outdoor furniture.

Materials Matter
At ScanCom we don't only strive to deliver iconic and innovative designs, but also to create and produce in materials that enables us to push the industry standards for sustainability and manufacturing excellence.
ScanCom work with three distinct types of recycled plastic, allowing us to approach the plastic pollution challenge in different ways, as well as committing to producing without fibre glass to ensure future recyclability of the pieces.
Additionally, ScanCom was one of the first fully FSC-certified producers of wooden outdoor furniture and have also developed a unique composite table top - the DuraBoard® - making it possible to even use the FSC sawdust from our production in an innovative, hardwearing and stunning material, perfectly suited for outdoor use.
